“I was disappointed as the chiles in this order were too small too make my favorit Chile Rellenos, my first order had numerous large chiles to make Chile rellenos.”

“This is the 4th year in a row I have ordered fresh chiles. They arrive fresh and ready to roast and peel. I live in Eastern Oregon, they make it too easy. Between Hots and Mediums, I roasted 90lbs this year, hopefully enough to make it to next Fall.”
