“The shipment arrived in Massachusetts on Friday about 1 PM. The peppers were in perfect condition. We didn't roast them until Saturday morning. Roasted great, good hot flavor. We freeze the roasted chiles in vacuum freezer bags. We will have great hot Hatch chiles until this time next year, when we will look forward the next shipment. Thanks Reid”

“Wonderful! Just the right amount of heat for me and a few close friends. The 10 lbs went fast so I’ll be ordering another 25 this week. Will recruit those friends for a roast and peel session! “Chili arived fresh and the heat level was as expected, hot. The skins were very tough, had to roast longer than normal to make peeling easier. overall good.”
