“Ordered 10 lbs of Hot Green Chile, was advised that they where out of hot, only medium available. So, went with the medium. Then was advised a farmer might have Hot available, so replied to ship Hot or combination of hot/medium. To our surprise, Hot was delivered. And Hot does not begin to describe these! They are HOT! Born and raised in El Paso, TX, we know our chile. This HOT batch is delicious, we have to battle our way thru them! As always, great service and fast delivery from Hatch Chile Store. “The customer service at hatch green chili company has been great! The hot chili that we ordered was not hot however. I ate three raw chilies and then called the company and they generously sent a new box. Unfortunately, the new box was not hot either. Some of the peppers were hot towards the stem and they have a wonderful flavor!”

“I’m giving two stars. I’m very happy Ethel flavor but I ordered hot the were not even mild. Two weeks later I ordered 10# for my mom in California and again they were not hot barely even mild. I emailed and the response was don’t take out the seeds or membrane. When I responded did not the response I received back nothing.”
