“The hot chili's are so good in everything. My nephew said the flavor reminded him of his grandmother's cooking. ❤️”

“I love ordering directly from Hatch green chili. The big Jimm chilies are more meteor. They’re easier to stuff and we love them chopped up or as chili Riano‘s they’re amazing and I will keep ordering from you every year. It’s much better than getting him roasted at the store they’re too tiny tooth fan well worth the money.”

“Have ordered for 4-5 years now. This is the 1st time that I had spoilage in the shipment. Hatch Chili Store made it right, offered a fair credit on my purchase. Other than the spoilage, the peppers were great as always”

“Having grown up in NM, I look forward to Chile season in late summer.I live in Virginia so fresh Chiles are not readily accessible. I love that I can order Hatch Green Chiles and roast them (in my home) to achieve the perfect flavors of NM! In my opinion, there is no better flavor palette! If you know what I mean, order your own Hatch Chiles asap, if you don't know, well, order your Hatch Chiles asap and find out!”
