“Having grown up in NM, I look forward to Chile season in late summer.I live in Virginia so fresh Chiles are not readily accessible. I love that I can order Hatch Green Chiles and roast them (in my home) to achieve the perfect flavors of NM! In my opinion, there is no better flavor palette! If you know what I mean, order your own Hatch Chiles asap, if you don't know, well, order your Hatch Chiles asap and find out!”
