“I live in the mid south east now so they don’t have it here, but always loved the flavor of hatch green chili ,it has a flavor all its own! Plus I always loved the smell while roasting it on the grill in the fall !!”

“There was a slight delay in the initial shipping due to a big rain storm but they communicated well and when they did ship out the peppers they were excellent! Very fresh and great flavor. I will definitely be getting another batch next year”

“I purchased these for my crew at work that love green chilies but have not heard of the celebration you all do in New Mexico and this particular brand of green chilies. I have always loved green chilies but didn’t know the history until I started researching a few years ago. I purchased a box of chilies last year and decided to share some with my work crew this year. These chilies went over extremely well even to some that do not normally care for them. The quality was allot better than what we can get in the grocery store’s in my area and that was a major victory for us. Not sure if any of these folks will actually order from you all but I am sure I will in the future, I can’t go back to grocery store standard. They gang loved them.”
