“This is the second time I've ordered them from the Hatch Chile Store and am very pleased with the timeliness of arrival, the condition they arrived in, and quality of the product. The last time I ordered them, they were already roasted, but this time I ordered them raw and had them roasted here locally. These chiles were a bit more thick-walled than what I've ever dealt with, and was concerned that the added fleshiness would affect the texture of my dishes, but so far it hasn't. Everything I've made is still very flavorful and hot.”

“The shipment was fresh and ready to roast. The aroma at the grill was wonderful! Froze most but the first few were heaven in a bison burger!”

“The customer service was excellent. I had a minor concern that was addressed quickly; no fault of the Hatch Chile Store. FedEx was a poor performer and dropped the ball. Hatch Chile took care of me immediately. The Peppers arrived in excellent condition and were superb!”

“I received 10 lb. box of the Sandia and a 10 lb. box of the Lumbre. Unfortunately the boxes weren't labeled as to which box was which, so not sure what one was the Sandia or Lumber. Both tasted fine and they roasted great. Roasted each box separately and couldn't tell the difference.”
