“For the first time in all the years I've been purchasing these Chiles, I had spoilage in BOTH boxes. When you asked me for a review, instead I reached out and told customer service. I was told it was a fluke. Hard to believe as it happened in BOTH boxes. I got a small refund, but that’s not what I wanted. I want to let you know that you may have a problem.”

“Did not get the chiles I ordered. I ordered hot chile and received what must be the very mildest. NO CHILE FLAVOR!!! It was a large order and I now have a BUNCH of what looks like green chiles but have no flavor. VERY DISAPIONTED!!!!”
