“Shipped 25 Lbs of HOT green chilie to Pennsylvania. Two day air. Arrived in great shape, not one chile pod was damaged or nasty. Grilled on the BBQ, took 3 hrs to roast, rest, and bag. all set for the next 6 months at least.”

“The service was exceptional! the chiles came in on time and very fresh! There were no damaged peppers at all. The aroma was fantastic and I literally started roasting within an hour after delivery. After sampling a few of the roasted peeled chiles, I was not pleased with teh amount of spicey-ness. I had just been in New Mexico and had had some amazing chiles in one location which were described to me as Hatch Chiles. They had a real piquente bite. I loved them. These were not as spicy as I had hoped. Next time I will order VERY Hot. But I will get another full load. This is a great product.”

“As always, the day we received our box of Hatch Green Chilies was very exciting! My family & I teamed together to get all our prep work done (washing, roasting, chopping), and now we are well stocked with roasted chilies! Most of our 25lbs are chopped and frozen into 1 or 4 tbsp cubes - ready to add to EVERYTHING, but we also have a supply of roasted whole chilies ready to make specialities such as "Hatch Rellenos"! Our culinary life will be wonderful!! (Until we run out!)”

“High quality peppers. It took a little longer to ship than expected but due to plant production and harvesting, I am glad to have waited a couple of extra weeks for quality product than get an inferior product. I smoker 25# in my smoker then dehydrated them. I ender up with 2# ground hatch peppers and it is so tasty to cook with.”
