“We are New Mexicans who moved to the PNW years ago and have been ordering our Fresh Hatch from this store for the past few harvest seasons. We ordered 25lb of Mild for our local friends and 25lb of Hot for us. The Mild and the Hot were indistinguishable from each other, both very mild, no heat at all. Considering the high price we paid, it's very disappointing to receive such Mild chile, all of the dishes we were dreaming about making this winter are dashed. We'll be looking for a different source next year.”

“These chilies came fresh and meaty! I roasted them in my Weber charcoal grill the next day. They are spicy, delicious and good for you. I roast about 50 pounds of these hot chilies a year. I bag them after sweating them- then I freeze the rest and use them all year. Delicious.”
