“I didn't get as much chile out of my roasting and peeling process as I expected. The pods seemed to not have as much fruit and moisture in them, and it was difficult to roast them on my grill. However, as delivered, the pods were in great shape, and I got enough in the freezer now to last me until next year. B?)”

“These have some heat, but aren't scorching. They will be perfect for making a chile that has that great green chile flavor. I made a tasty omelette with them this afternoon -- it was spicy but not overpowering. They are a meaty chile that are easy to peel after roasting. I will aim to buy these again next year as I think they are the best heat level for us.”

“My batch showed up a little more red than i would have preferred, but I understand the tricky timing for shipping. I am grateful to have found a resource. I roasted them the day after I received them and they were still fresh and firm. the meat was a little thin, but flavor was great. I will order again.”
