“The chili arrived fresh and is flavorful, but there is no heat. I ordered hot and was disappointed. Comparing it to last year's batch confirmed that the heat level was just not there.”

“They do not back their product, I asked for a exchange but they refused. I will never use them again. I was planning on being a long-time customer. Not now.”

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us to set up a return. We do not allow returns for any other products."
