“I love Hatch Chili. The Chili's are the best as far as I'm concerned. I live in Florida now. I moved here from Colorado. I was looking for Chili's to make green chili with. I asked if they had any green chilies and the showed me a jalapeño. I used to drive down to get my chilies. I'm so glad you ship chilies. I ordered enough to last me until next chili season. Thanks so much. I'll order next season. I recommended you to you to all my friends.”

“I’ve been hooked on hatch chili ever since I was transferred to Albuquerque back in 1981. I left in 1985 but crave the chili’s. I’ve lived in the Seattle area now fir the past 25 years and can’t even find a restaurant that uses anything other than Anaheim or poblano. When I go to phoenix , where I grew up, I know a few restaurants that use hatch chili’s so I eat out constantly while I’m visiting family. Our favorite dish is relleno’s but haven’t quite figured out making them right.”

“The chiles arrived fresh and with good color. Some had leaves on and we could tell they were fresh. I roasted all the peppers and freezed them to get ready for our holiday meals. I also shared some with my neighbors and they loved them too.”
