“Been ordering here for several years after moving away fromNM. Nothing beats fresh Hatch chili and the smell of it roasting on the grill! Not a bad on in the 25# box I received a few weeks ago. Likely ordering another 25# if I can’t find any more in CA.”

“Everything was great, except one small thing. One of the boxes was delivered open and it seemed light due to some of the product falling out or was taken by UPS. My only recommendation is that you use stronger tape, or tamper proof tape so you know if it was opened by the delivery companies. Other than that, this is the first time I've bought from your company and seems inline with all the other greens I've ever had. Thanks.”

“I love Hatch chilis. Well really most chilis. I ordered a large batch (25lbs) which was promptly delivered within two days of shipping. Fresh, green, and hot just as ordered. I spent 2+ days roasting and freezing them, to later be used in all those delicious recipes I’ll make this fall and winter. Namely Green Pozole. Which I only just learned from the website is known as “gringo pozole”. Can’t wait to make my first pot of deliciousness!!!!”
