“I bought the mild and the medium and roasted them. The mild peeled beautifully...I had a really hard time peeling the medium...not sure why. I had to throw away a lot of the medium. But...they are both delicious...I'll buy them again next year.”

“The peppers are very delicious. I pickle most so to have a supply throughout the seasons till next harvest. The green ones taste great and the red ones are just as tasty! Purchasing by the bulk saves time and eliminates worry on whether the store has what I'm seeking. I am delighted with Joe Parker peppers!”
