“Chili arrived fresh even with economy shipping. Roasted and peeled it the next day. It has just the right amount of heat (we mix it with big jim's) and full of wonderful flavor.”

“I paid extra for two day shipping to guarantee chile was fresh. When I received delivery there were many spoild chiles and the entire box stunk of rotten chiles. The chile was delivered within two days but I believe the chile was setting too long at the hatch chile store. Also the stems of the chile were dry which indicates chile sat at their facility for some time. Very dissapointed to pay almost $100.00 to have to throw entire box away.”

“The chill is great had only 2 pods spoiled in shipments, I have some regular hot from last year that I mix with it to temper the heat , we had a green chili stew for our church and everyone one liked the extra heat”

“After pre-ordering 50 lbs, I was disappointed with the freshness of the chiles that were delivered. I paid for expedited shipping and retrieved them within an hour of delivery. The majority of the chile was limp. Some of the pods were on such bad shape that I find it hard to believe that they were hand picked. A co-worker ordered after you indicated that harvesting had begun and his chile was beautiful and firm. I saved 15%, but I'm not impressed with the quality. James Campbell”
