“Love Love Love x-hot. Bought 25 lbs in beginning of season, received beautiful chilies. Went ahead and ordered another 25 lbs towards the end of the season....was very disappointed with what I received. All of the chilies were very tiny. After grilling them there was hardly anything left. I made 1 pound bags. When I peel them to eat I have many a couple ounces of chilies.. I guess it’s my fault for ordering so late in the season.”

“I ordered the Extra Hot and roasted and peeled at home here in Chicago. Can’t beat that undeniable Hatch flavor!! I grew up in Alamogordo on Hatch Green Chili and I order once a year to stock my freezer. It’s a whole different kind of fire Chicago!!!!”

“It was extra hot but with good flavor. Too hot for me though I chose it due to a review that had said it was not hot when it was. I will buy the medium hot next time around.”

“These chiles were great quality. They arrived completely fresh and smelled fantastic roasting on the charcoal grill. They taste superb in the pork verde and green chile cornbread I made this past weekend. This is two years in a row I’ve bought from the Hatch Chile store and I will again next year as well. Thank you!”
