Hi Wes, It looks like my coworker Jordyn reached out to about your review and offered to send you a box of our Sandia free of charge. Lumbre is the smallest variety of chile that we sell. It ranges from 4-6 inches and is not a very meaty pod. Sandia isn't as hot but is quiet a bit bigger and has a lot more meat on each pod. “These chilies are exactly what I expected! The flavor of hatch green chilies is to die for, but you add the heat in these to their flavor and they are addicting. They are hot though, beware. Perfect for cooking, but I ate a lot off the grill after roasting. I wish my house could smell like freshly roasted green chilies 24/7, the smell is great too. The product was fresh as could be when it arrived, I highly recommend.”
