“I ordered Medium chiles, and they have absolutely no heat. They're as spicy as a bell pepper. I know there can be variability in heat, but these were milder than the Mild chiles I bought last month. Pretty disappointed, to be honest. The company ships quickly, and the chiles are fresh, so there are no complaints there. But, I wish mine had actually had some heat since I bought a large box.”

“What a fresh, delicious and tasty order of Hatch Green Chile we received! Fast shipping in a very nicely packed box. Non of the pods were damaged nor rotten. Immediately started to roast them on the grill, eventually made room to cook my hamburger patties! The Hatch Chile Store NEVER lets us down!!”

“I love it. My only complaint is not being able to choose if you want Big Jim or Charger. I got Big Jim and that is what I wanted, luckily! It's the perfect amount of heat, not too hot that it just feels like its burning your mouth and not too mild where it just feels like its mushy. Mild green chilé peppers just always feel mushy to me. 10 out of 10!”
