“This is my 3rd or 4th time buying in Hatch chiles, and every time the peppers arrived fresh and ready to use. This year there was one pod spoiled, and at this distance, that's very good! I roast them over charcoal, peel, devein and chop them for freezing. I use them fairly often, in chili, on burgers, and anywhere else I think of. I also grow my own Anaheim peppers, but use them more for fresh use. I'll be ordering again next year.”
