“OMG I am so in love with these guys. The chilies arrived fresh and ready to roast, so I broke out the roaster and had a chili and tomatillo roasting party. Then a couple of days later, I ordered 25 pounds of the medium. I will put fire to them this weekend. I lived in Colorado for 30 years and after I moved I so missed my hatch chilies. Problem solved!!”

“We are originally from New Mexico and hatch chili is a main stay in our household. We have it with almost every meal. And with that being said every single previous order we have received has been flawless. Service and the quality has been outstanding but the last order we received last week was already turning red and very mushy . We think it was due to a shipping delay so therefore you will always receive a top rating from us . And we referred you to a lot of our friends. We just excepted the order and determined that it was out of your hands . Thank you”

“Delicious! I likevtjis batcg better a luttke spicier. Very fresh smoked/roasted them myself and shared with friends. They are converts for New Mecico chilez! I must admit i miss the smoke and smell of chilis roasting in the barrels on the street corners of Albuquerque. I I'm glad that I'm able to buy them from you and roast them myself and smell that smoke again it takes me back thank you.”
