“I grew up in Nevada and would get excited each early fall for roasted hatch chile season. My mom would fill the freezer so we could make green chile all winter. After moving to NYC about 10 years ago, no one sells it here. I'm so happy to have come across this local family website that ships in the US. My chiles were perfect! Not a single bad one in the 10lbs box. I roasted the chiles myself on the BBQ and froze them in 1lbs. bags. I'm excited to eat green chile during the cold winter months. Thanks again and will definitely be ordering again next year!”
