“Dear Hatch Green Chili Store, In this calendar year, I placed and received 2 orders from you. The first went to California. The order arrived intact and was immediately roasted The second order went to ABQ - a couple hours from Hatch. The chili batch seemingly arrived on good condition. But by the next day the chili quickly began to decompose. I had to throw the whole box out. I thought I salvaged a few but when I started to roast them they gave off a strong sour smell - this too was thrown away. Needless to say, I never had any of the chili from your store. I am not inclined to order any more chili from your store Selva Thompson”

“We love the hatch chiles, Ms Laura doesn’t like the heat so I ordered the mild. myself , I like a little heat so I made another order for the medium . They were roasted immediately and put in the freezer so that we can have them till next season . I cook them in grits , stews, cornbread, eggs they’re great in numerous foods I usually try to order enough to be able to give some to our neighbors ( showing some love) your hatch chiles have a great flavor and I like it that they are family owned”

“Outstanding quality, fresh upon arrival as advertised. Had a great time roasting, peeling, chopping and freezing. Even kept some whole, stuffed them with Jack cheese and froze them for chili relleno.”
