“I’m a former Albuquerque resident living in Chicago the past 35 years. I still go through more green chile than most New Mexicans. Usually I fly down every fall to visit friends and relatives, and to bring back a 35 lb sack of chiles, but since the pandemic, I’ve had them shipped (this year was just a scheduling conflict). I decided to try The Hatch Chile Store this time. They’re some of the most flavorful green chiles I’ve ever had! Absolutely wonderful. I also risked it and opted for the non-guaranteed 3-day shipping. There were only 5 chiles that had to be tossed, which I consider an acceptable loss on a 25 lb shipment. I suppose that was a bit of a gamble, but all ended well. Thank you!”

“I order the Fresh Hatch Green Chile 25lbs/Medium every year for my cousin in Ohio. It ships within 2 days (make sure you choose the correct delivery on your order) the chile arrives fresh and "yummy". I also enjoy the recipes you email! They are great!”

“I brought those for my brother as a gift for him (he lives in Illinois) because he loved the green chili when he visited me in Colorado. He told that they were great when he received them (on a Thursday). The only problem that I have is the cost of shipping of $59 for two day shipping. I tried contacting SHOP and received no answers for this issue of being over 2 days shipping. I had to call your store to receive an answer. I would suggest finding any another shipping company. Thank you”

“The chiles were very mild - even for medium and really didn't have a lot of flavor to them. I have ordered before and have been very happy - it could have just been the batch.”
