“Peppers were fresh and ready to roast. Living in the mid Atlantic region it is almost impossible to find Hatch Peppers. Our peppers are now in the freezer and will use through the year. Green Chili Chicken soup was superb. We’ll be buying more next year.”

“Worth the wait! I'm sorry to hear it's been such a rough year for the chile crop. However, the chile is outstanding. Not a rotten pepper in my shipment and they were good-sized Big Jims (I was prepared for smaller this year). I roasted all 25 lbs on my grill two days later, peeled it, and it's in the freezer to last me the year. I've been doing this for years...maybe it's time to invest in one of their table top roasters. Thank you to the farmers and the farm laborers for your hard work and perseverance.”
