“Ordered a 25lb. box of medium/Big Jim's. Really nice batch. I've already roasted/peeled/seeded/bagged and frozen for use until next season. My yield was about 10 small zip-loc bags (2-3 cups of roasted chiles per bag). Really liked the heat level on this year's crop. Made up a pot of pork green chile 2 days ago and everyone loved it. Keep up the great work and see you next year!”

“Impressive how efficient Hatch Chile Store is. After the first order was amazing fresh beautiful chiles...I ordered another 25#. Their website is easy to view, easy to order and customer service follow up ranks high. Roasting and bagging 50# fresh chili only took an hour. For Hatch chili lovers its an hour of Zen.”

“Every chile pepper I received in my 25 lb delivery was clean and free of imperfections. Of the handful I ate during the roasting/cleaning process only one had the kind of heat I expected but all were tasty. No complaints here; I can always ramp up the heat if I so desire. I'm sure I'll be calling this wnterr for a shipment of frozen chiles. Thanks again for your excellent service. Frank in New Jersey with NM taste buds!”
