“the quality of my mediums was 5star absolutley perfect. extremely fresh peppers. zero wilting. heat level a perfect medium. they were HUGE!!! very long very meaty. Got approx 160 peppers in the 25lb box. we usually use our grill to roast them but due to never ending rain and wanting to roast them asap i used airfryer method and it was better than the grill!! most of my peppers pealed themselves, falling out of their skins beautifully. we use vacuum seal and our freezer is full!! our favorite uses are DIPS, and hatch chicken or pork slow cooked and shredded. THANKS”

“After a extended issue just getting my replacement chilies, I'm one happy dude. These are by far the best green chili you can get. I'm getting ready to roast them up and enjoy for the winter. I'll order them again next season with hope that they get the shipping right and the original delivery company doesn't beat up my chili box and cause spoilage.”

“We have been ordering chillies from Hatch for 15 years at least. Chillies are always fresh and when I had a problem one year, they fixed it right away. This year's medium chillies were not as hot this year as usual.”
