“Ordered a 25lb. box of medium/Big Jim's. Really nice batch. I've already roasted/peeled/seeded/bagged and frozen for use until next season. My yield was about 10 small zip-loc bags (2-3 cups of roasted chiles per bag). Really liked the heat level on this year's crop. Made up a pot of pork green chile 2 days ago and everyone loved it. Keep up the great work and see you next year!”
