“Made sure to coordinate shipping so that I would be here when the chiles arrived. Put them on my grill THAT NIGHT. Then froze them. Made all the difference getting them so fresh! It's not FALL without a fresh supply of Hatch Green Chiles!”

“Order was seriously short on weight. I received just over 20 pounds. I called support and was willing to pay for shipping to cover the shortage. The support person (I think his name was Robert) said they would ship me a small (4 pounds), and that was fine with me. I never received the peppers.”
