“Every chile pepper I received in my 25 lb delivery was clean and free of imperfections. Of the handful I ate during the roasting/cleaning process only one had the kind of heat I expected but all were tasty. No complaints here; I can always ramp up the heat if I so desire. I'm sure I'll be calling this wnterr for a shipment of frozen chiles. Thanks again for your excellent service. Frank in New Jersey with NM taste buds!”

“I am impressed. I have been ordering Hatch chilies from various vendors for 20 years all claiming Big Jims. I know what Big Jims are because we are family friends of the developer and would road trip from California to Salem-Hatch each fall for our chiles. Over the years I have been dissapointed with the quality, texture and taste of the chiles sent to California that this year I canceled my order from my usual store. I then found your web site and bam, this is the real deal and so fresh like they were picked in the am. Thank you and will be ordering more. PS My mothers family is from NM and we eat chile every day and know a goo chile.”

“The chile that made it here was very meaty and good. It was mostly mild green, but some of it was a little tangy--just the way we like it.”
