“These peppers were shipped about 1,800 miles during the heat of the late summer and under those conditions, I was fully expecting some damage but honestly they looked liked I just went out in the back yard and picked them myself!! There wasn't a bruise or soft spot to be found, just firm, crisp and delicious Chiles. You can buy with complete confidence from this company!!!”

“Normally this would be much Hogher cause I LOVE my Hatch GREEN chili. However, the box I got was easily 70% Red. I love red, but I order and LOVE Chili VERDE.”
