“Thank you for the perfection growth of your big Jim Chile. This is absolutely the best chili I have ever eaten. The flavor is out of this world delicious. It is big, thick and meaty. Your service and getting it here to me in perfect condition was remarkable. I will be ordering from you from now on and I will be spreading the word.”

“I’ve already communicated my dissatisfaction with my order. It arrived spoiled and moldy. I was blamed for not picking the correct shipping option. I asked for a refund on this box only and was denied.”

“Paid for 2 day shipping. First order over 50% were so rotten they were seeping out of the bottom of the box. Hatch chilies replaced the box, however the second box had a lot of spoiled peppers as well. Would never order again.”

“I didn’t order Joe Parker. I ordered Big Jim. I’m not into HOT. I’d be happy with NM mild even.”
