“Overall good quality, they came a long distance. The box edge came apart, and I did loose a few chilies due to the weight of the rest, they got squishy. The rest were great, I only had 15 or so that I couldn't tie into the reistra. Lovely smell for my entire order.”

“We need our Hatch chile fix and have ordered from here for several years. It is obvious, based on their friendly service, that they are a family-run business and care about doing it right, but this year they REALLY raised their game. The notifications, promptness, follow-up and most of all, the outstanding quality of the chiles exceeded expectations (You always assume there will be a couple bad ones in the box. Not this year. 100% ready-to-roast, green chile goodness!). Really impressive. Thank you! See y'all next year! Unless we nleat it all and need to re-stock in a month or two......”

“We have been getting 50lbs of mild green chiles from The Hatch Green Chile Store for 9 years and it seems that they taste better every year. We live in Florida and have them delivered overnight and they are all in good shape when delivered. The store provides great service - they keep you informed about the status of the crop, estimated dates when they will start picking them and then notifying you of the day they will be shipped. It still amazes me that the chiles are picked one day and the next morning they are sitting on my door step. We roast them on our outdoor grill and our favorite meals are (1) chile rellenos and (2) grilled green chile, chicken and cheese sandwich - make it the same way as a grilled cheese sandwich except use Monterey Jack cheese, slices of grilled chicken, and a whole green chile or two. My son-in- law had his first taste of them this past year and is now ordering 50lbs for their family this year. Note, I said we get 50lbs every year - by me and my son-in-law get 25lbs. I had 50lbs on my mind because I will be roasting both my order and my daughter's/son-in-law order.”

“As a native New Mexican living in Wisconsin for the last 24 years I rely on getting my years supply of green chili shipped. Super service. Excellent quality and flavor for all my favorite dishes. Tastes just like it did when I lived and taught school in Hatch in the 1970's.”
