“This is my 4th year ordering fresh chiles from the Hatch Chile Company. I order 2-3 boxes every year and spend a weekend roasting them on my kamado grill, vacuum sealing them, and freezing them. I give packets of fresh roasted chiles as Christmas gifts and I use them year round. I cannot say enough about the quality of the chiles I get every year. I will order from them as long as they'll keep shipping to me in Georgia.”

“Absolutely amazing!! Only 2 bad ones in the whole box and that’s only because it took me a couple days to roast them after delivery. Will order again and again!!”

“These chiles are JUST PICKED FRESHNESS!!! So much better than the ones I used to buy from street vendors in Denver. Now I know what a "BUSHEL OF CHILES" should look like!!!”
