“Excellent selection of peppers as usual from the Hatch Valley, especially (2023) since the extended heat wave that affected the harvest. Only downside this year was a little tip rot on the greens and some spoilage and black(ish)/green fuzzy mold on arrival on one small spot of the tip rotted peppers.....other than that, fast shipping once picked and have spent the last week roasting and chopping!!!!!”

“I normally order medium, and they were almost too hot for me last year. I got the mild this time, and they were wonderful - I think to make the perfect green chile next year - I will have to order a case of each! In the years I have been ordering from the Hatch Chile Store - I have never been disappointed at the freshness and flavor of my orders!”

“I purchased a ten pound box and Hatch Green Chiles arrived just as fresh as as ever. I have already roasted them and they are in the freezer. But not until I took the first batch and created the best fresh salsa by mixing the Green Chiles with tomatillo, onion, cilantro, tomato, lime juice and salt in a small rotary chopper. The best tasting ever. This is my third year buying Hatch Green Chiles from the Hatch Chile Company and I expect to do so for years to come. Thanks---Jeff Mann”
