“The aroma of these chiles roasting is to die for!!! These chiles are so flavorful and add to any recipe I've used them in. We froze some for enjoyment in the winter (live in central PA) and look forward to some of the dishes we prepared with these chiles while living in Las Cruces.”

“It was over a 100 degrees in California the day it was delivered. It was on the fed ex truck all day. When delivered about 3 dozen Chile had to be thrown away because they had turned to mush. Can I please suggest different packaging or maybe some sort of ice packs. Thank you.”
