“I have always ordered the Jarred hot green chilies, but once I saw they offered fresh green chilies. I ordered 25 lb. Immediately roasted them, chopped them and sealed them for freezer use. I used to live in Arizona when I could get them all the time, now that I live in North Carolina I have to order them. They are delicious. I recommend them to all”

“I have used Hatch Green Chile for I believe 40 years. Nothing equals the awesome taste. I stay with basic enchiladas and burritos. I've never been disappointed. Even when first trying different recipes. Lave their flavor!”
