“All 3 packages of my tamales were frozen in a big block, I had to use a knife to pay them apart. They were very icy also, but the quality we usual get sad to say.”

“Outstanding customer relations! I had some problems with my original order arriving frozen. Hatch green chili made sure that the product arrived in edible condition. If you live outside New Mexico I would request that products be sent out on Monday or Tuesday to avoid them sitting in the shipping warehouse over the weekend… dry ice only last for so long. Great product awesome company. Highly recommend her dream chili and will definitely order again.”

Hi Susan, I took a look at these orders, and it looks like there were delays on UPS's end while the package was in transit, causing it to defrost. I am so sorry! This is extremely frustrating for us as well. As far as the box arriving empty, I'm assuming some UPS employees enjoyed the rellenos. We never ship a package with the intention of having it sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of UPS shipping delays.
