“Rellenos are tasty, full, and with good breading that holds up to frying pan. Some rellenos are tough because they didn't remove the vains. Might need a knife.”

“They’re going to ask fryer. And let them thaw. Before cooking them. I served them with enchilada sauce over the top cheese over that and then I put it in the oven and let the cheese melt.. o”
