Very good except I did find the chilies to be a little bit tough. It could be that I didn’t deep fry them.

Rellenos are tasty, full, and with good breading that holds up to frying pan. Some rellenos are tough because they didn't remove the vains. Might need a knife.

Absolutely delicious and spot on. As a native from Albuquerque, we thoroughly enjoyed them as our Christmas dinner choice in Virginia Beach! Hatch green chiles are the best!

They’re going to ask fryer. And let them thaw. Before cooking them. I served them with enchilada sauce over the top cheese over that and then I put it in the oven and let the cheese melt.. o
