I tried to resolve this in a private review but have not heard back so here goes.. These were horrible !! they tasted rancid. I have ordered these in the past and they were fine but not this batch... will someone from Hatch please contact me about this? I'm afraid totaste the tamales which i was planning to serve on Christmas but now I'm so disgusted I don't know what to do... I ordered many items totalling $290 but I'm aftraid I'm done with Hatch... Abby Wilson

Delicious. Only problem was some were mild which I prefer. A few were very spicy.

Absolute huge hit!! My husband said these were better than any restaurant he has gone to!! Absolutely delicious!! Arrived so fast and still frozen!! Highly recommend this company!!

Batter is uneventful. Lots of process to get it finished to eat.

The rellenos are delicious but the batter is thicker than I am used to making. The shipping was a problem with the dry ice pack was busted and one of the twelve packs had a hole in it and got stuck to the rellenos making it hard to fry, otherwise it is the best I have tried in a long time. Thank you. Ruth Trawick

These are the best relents we have ever had outside of New Mexico. We keep them on-hand in the freezer at all times. We thaw them in the microwave and heat them in a skillet on the stove top.
