“Very good, better than expected. Used an air fryer and 400 degrees the sort of recommended/guessed 8 was close. Had to add another minute to get the internal temp to what I wanted. Might go with 425 degrees and 8 minues next time to see how that turns out.”

“Best Chile Rellenos we’ve ever had… we previously owned and operated a Mexican restaurant and are Rellenos “snobs.” Definitely a five star rating. Also - customer support is excellent!”

“Neither the chile nor the cheese had much taste. We lived in Albuquerque many years ago and ate chile rellenos all around the area. My recollection is that the rellenos we ate there were much, much better than the ones we got from you. Sorry.”

“The chile rellenos are great. They are like the ones we used to get in Texas. We live in Georgia now and their idea of rellenos just doesn’t cut it. We will continue buying Hatch rellenos and sharing them with our friends.”
