“Chile rellenos are the last meal I ordered before the pandemic closed everything down last year. They have always been a favorite and even in New Mexico it took me a while to find a restaurant that had good ones. I have tried making them but they are tricky. These were simply incredible. The price is very fair considering you get six servings out of them. They are large and with a serving of beans or salad two will fill even a hearty eater up! I heated them up at 350 in my air fryer and they were not greasy and turned out perfectly. My husband swears that our favorite restaurant uses these. I don’t know, but they are the best.”

“Very well prepared and tasty. Needs more spices inside. The package arrived to Alabama unfrozen and just cool. USPS sucks and takes too long for your dry ice. Need to use UPS for frozen.”

“I have made my own Chile rellenos in the past but this time I used Hatch Chile Store rellenos. My sons and their wives came over for Lamb Barbacoa, your rellenos, refried beans with green Chile salsa and pico de gallo. Both sons said that I outdid myself regarding the rellenos so I confessed where they came from. I immediately ordered another dozen. Thanks”
