Hello Rex, We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying your Hatch Chile Rellenos! If you have an air fryer try cooking them at 400 till your cheese is thoroughly melted (typically around 9 minutes per 3 rellenos) you wont regret it!:) Thanks, The Hatch Chile Store

“So I guess you know that I received an incorrect order before you graciously sent me these Rellenos. Unfortunately that snow storm delayed the delivery long enough for them to defrost. When we got them they were defrosted but still cold and my wife and I had no trouble eating all of them in a few days and enjoyed every bite. Looking forward to getting some of the hotter types when they are available. I prefer the hot ones, my wife not so much.”

“Excellent quality, easy to prepare. Recommend 1) using as little oil in pan as possible since breading can be a bit much and absorb, and 2) wish Hatch could offer rellenos with a little more heat.”
