The Rellenos that I was able to eat were delicious. The packaging was not great. The package was torn and several of the rellenos had defrosted so I had to toss those. I would suggest they improve the package. I will order from them again because the product itself is awesome!

I was confused about how to cook my frozen Chile replenish but once I followed directions from the great Hatch team my experience was great! I love the flavors of cheese and Chile and my husband and I often have a lunch of chicken tamales and Rellenos. It’s been particularly good during COVID when we as older people aren’t going out to eat often.

These Hatch Chile Rellenos were delicious. The instructions said to thaw them for 10 or 15 minutes, which is what I did with the first ones I cooked. They were okay, but not spectacular. However, I found what works better for me is taking them out of the freezer about 1 1/2 hours before cooking them. I cook them for a shorter time and use less oil. And they are wonderful.
