“I ordered the Hatch Chile Rellenos not knowing what to expect. I have been living on the East coast since the late 80s. I have not a good Chile Relleno since I left Colorado.... The Hatch Rellenos were truly outstanding... light and crisp with great roasted Chile flavor and filled with delicious gooey cheese. I prepared the Rellenos in hot oil and garnished with homemade Chile Verde and shredded lettuce. The dinner took me on a nostalgic trip back to some places in Taos as well as a favorite old bar called “The Whipple Tree “we used to go growing up in Evergreen, Colorado. We will definitely me ordering more Chile Rellenos in the future! Thank you!”

“These rellenos are the best! My family love em with hatch enchilada green sauce over them and cheese. Keep well in freezer i just take enought out for a meal!”

“I finally gave in to my "chile addiction" and ordered some relents from Hatch Chile. My order was filled incorrectly so I contacted the company. Briefly, their customer service was great - I got a replacement order quickly and the representative was both friendly and concerned. The chile was great by the way! I'll definitely purchase from Hatch Chile again.”

“The rellenos I’ve ordered from Hatch were very good & the best part was they tasted authentic. The green chiles were the reason for the taste & I look forward to ordering more!”

“The first batch I ordered was perfect everyone of them had cheese they were all fabulous thinking that I ordered them again the second batch was the worst thing I’ve ever had to eat some had no cheese others were extremely hot not what I ordered I’m very disappointed in the whole operation and I called to complain and nothing was done about it I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again”
