These are really, really good. But--you need to put more dry ice in or double pack them in cardboard, too (like the chiles were). They were thawed when they arrived. Cool but not cold. I promptly stuck them in the freezer and crossed my fingers. I haven't gotten sick from them.

I have tried them. I heated it in the oven. I am wondering if you recommend dropping them into hot grease/oil. And, should I thaw them before heating?

Hi Verla! Here are some cooking instructions for our Hatch Green Chile Rellenos! Defrost the rellenos slightly (30 seconds in the microwave or 10-15 minutes left out). Then pan fry the rellenos on the stove for 7-10 minutes, or deep fry them at 375°F for approximately 4 minutes in the light cooking oil of your choice. Alternatively, air fry on 400°F until your cheese is thoroughly melted (typically around 16 minutes per 3 rellenos, but please use your best judgment). I hope this helps! Thanks, Emily
