“Box damaged and the four chilies at the bottom of the ristra had fallen off and we're lying in the bottom of the box. The chili's were very dry and the the top several chilis were covered in dust. If I didn't know better I would have said this was a ristra left over from last year. I contacted Hatch along with a picture of the crushed box and received a response one week later. They told they needed to see the ristra before they could proceed. By this point I had already given the ristra to a neighbor for the holidays. Won't be ordering next year.”

“Arrived very well packed in good condition. It's a gift for late March so it's still in the box, but it is just beautiful and well made. I can't wait to give it to my daughter who visited Santa Fe at Christmas but wasn't able to bring one back with her.”

“I ordered several ristras. They were made beautifully, so colorful and full! Can't wait to display them at an upcoming bridal shower. The ristras will introduce a little of the fun New Mexico vibe to the East Coast.”

“Received traditional two foot-long Ristras . There were some broken chilies which came off the Ristras. Otherwise, it was well strung And appears to be acceptable. I believe the prices a little on the high side”
