“Received the ristras, excellent! I like simmering 12 to 15 chilis in a pint of chicken bone broth along with a few dried apple slices then run through a blender. Yum!”

“I live in Maine but spend a lot of time in NM...I love ristras, and the Hatch co came through perfectly! I ordered 2 of the extra long ristras and they arrived in a timely manner, fresh gotgeous and in tact! nott one chili fell off! Can't say enough about them!! My Maine neighbors love them but don't really understand! They're out front flanking the front door in all their lucious glory! (My steer skull confuses them all too!!)”
