This ristra lends 'cred' that my home kitchen is the real deal. My neighbors here in Oregon will soon taste the Posole' I came to anticipate each winter. Thanks HCS! 12/19/'23: Thought it was kinda cool to show the toothless ristra from last year with the New One. Birria today! Thanks!

When I lifted it up out of the box to hang it around 20 chilies came flying out of it I tried to put them back where they belonged but I'm not sure if I did it correctly, the string at the top was very loose and coming apart, I did my best to tighten it so no more chili's would fall out

The only reason I gave it a one is that I'm still waiting for the Ristra to be delivered.

Looks great in our kitchen! Can't believe I waited so long to buy this. We're slowly snipping away at it and enjoying a bit of New Mexico at our own table.

Excellent!! Made my very first pot of carne adovada, and man was that good! Just tod perfect amount of heat. The richness in flavor is out of this world. Up until now we have made green pork chili, but it’s safe to say we have a new favorite.
