“This green chile beats the HELL outta canned stuff ie; Ortega, which in the last while has been more water than diced chile. I had to order the Roasted Medium because my wife can't eat hot stuff. But having been raised in New Mexico until the age of 15 I Love it. Had family in Las Cruces Who use to send us a bushel of Big Jims every year. Idaho didn't have much chile back in the 60's. But as more and more farm workers came here from Southern California, we started finding more and more. BUT none like Hatch. No Big Jims at all. I was very happy to find Hatch Green Chile online.
