“I got these quickly. They're nicely packaged and went right into my freezer. I did notice the heat level was pretty mild so I contacted customer service to change future subscriptions to med-hot. Because I paid through Amazon and this was a new set up for them, there was some difficulty for the customer service rep in making the change. However, he soldiered on and worked it out. The end result was my cancelling the subscription through Amazon and him setting up one through their system. I was quite impressed with the rep and how easy it was to make the change despite the system hiccups. As for my current batch of pretty mild chilies, I just mix them with some hot ones I got from the grocery store and with some of the Big Jims I recently ordered and received from the same vendor. Very satisfied.”

“I sent this to my daughter as she has moved out of state. She loved it, it arrived when you said it would and was in good shape. She was a very happy recipient and her family said it was very good. I will definitely order from them again.”

“I've been buying me green chile for years now through this company as I love their green chile! I was so thrilled when I saw that I had this great opportunity to have my Hatch green chile delivered to me four times a year! I jumped on this as soon as I read it! My freezer has more space and I'm really enjoying my chile now that I know another box will be delivered to my door in a couple of months. YAY!”

“The roasted Hatch green chile arrived in beautiful condition. The packing was excellent. It was incredibly fresh and I savored the aroma of the roasted chile. This is the first green chile I have had in years. Value: it cheaper than a flight to New Mexico to buy it- Yes I think I'll order more.”
