“I guess I must be spoiled because I have lived in Arizona and Colorado for most of my life and when I had to pay about five times as much for 5 pounds of chilies as I did for a bushel of Chili’s when I was in Colorado that took me by surprise that is only one ingredient to a very expensive dish in the first place”

“I definitely will order again. These Chiles were perfectly roasted and peeled. The flavor is like I remember it back when I lived in El Paso and we would go buy the Hatch Chile. They were packed individually and arrived promptly in dry ice. It was well worth the money spent.”

“I've gotten your chilies a number of times and have sent the for others for birthdays or Christmas. They always come on time and in perfect condition. And they taste great (I use them for chile rellenos)!!! My sister in England is mad that she can't get them!!”

“As a native New Mexican who no longer lives in the state, finding great green From the hatch green Chile store was a life saver! The flavor of this Chile was great and they were spot on with the heat assessment! The hatch green Chile store was great at keeping me up to date with the status of my Chiles and expected arrival date. Everything arrived frozen and neatly packaged in 1 pound packages. This was super convenient to use only what I need!”
