“Hello Hatch folks- I received the X-Hot Lumbre chilies and immediately made a pot of my green chile with 1 pound of Lumbre and 1 pound of Sandia. Outstanding! The Lumbre peppers have the extra pop that leaves you with a warmth on your tongue for about 30 minutes after eating it. Again, Outstanding! I hope you will continue to have the roasted, peeled and chopped Lumbres. It would be great if they could be seeded (lots of seeds), but I'll tough it out. Thanks for adding them to your product line.”

“I ordered 10# of frozen chopped Sandia chiles from the 2020 crop and was really pleased. The chiles arrived a few days earlier than promised and were very well packaged in flat packs with plenty of dry ice, well insulated. Everything was still frozen solid. I have made green chile stew and salsa with the chiles and the flavor is great! Will definitely order again.”

“This year is the 3rd year in buying chili, but this year I'm to going toel try the whole roasted frozen. I'm looking forward to chili reellenos. Later I except to try your tamales. I also want tp try the dried red chili pods. I also send your chili to my daughter in Alaska. We both agree that it makes food much easier to prepare. Love it Love i tLovr lt Thank You”

“I am from CO. And grew up eating green chiles. I have lived in FL for 20+ years and needles to say we can not get good green chilies in FL. My Brother started bringing your product back to Denver by the case. He would alway give me a few LB to bring home... So in a nut shell I can’t live with out your green Chiles and have gotten all my friends hooked on your green chiles. Thank you for letting me have REAL HATCH GREEN CHILES IN FLORIDA!!!!!!!!”
