“My family is from El Paso, TX. Every fall we would buy fresh roasted Hatch Green Chile in a 25 pound burlap sack. We would take them home and divide them into ziplock bags and freeze them. We would eat form them the entire year. They freeze wonderfully! Now we are living in the southeast and MISS THEM SOOOO MUCH! When we found the Hatch website we were overjoyed! Last fall we ordered both the frozen green, and then a month later the frozen red chile and had them shipped to us. They arrived solidly frozen and in perfect condition. They were already divided up into vacuum bags of about 10 chile each. We are loving them! I actually like the red better now - more flavor. We ordered them pre-roasted and they are just like the ones we used to get locally in New Mexico. I'm a customer for life! Thanks Hatch!”
