“Arrived in Florida 95*heat in perfect condition. Made pork Green Chile next day. Flavor was awesome! Heat level nice and hot. Great job people!”

“I used to live in AZ, and now being in FL, we can not get green chile. I've ordered from several different companies in NM, and this is by far the best! We like spicy, and the hot is just as advertised... it has just the right amount of heat. Hot, but with plenty of flavor. I prefer getting them just peeled, as then I get to decide how much of the seeds I leave in. I just placed my second order, and I will be coming back again! Thank you Hatch Chile Store!!”

“Our family loves the Big Jim chiles, but we also have a taste for hotter peppers at times. The Sandias are perfect for hotter salsas, posole, and sauces. We have ordered them fresh and roasted ourselves, but it’s nice to receive them already done too. Great chile flavor with zing.”

“They are delicious and they are hot! In the past we have bought fresh and roasted them ourselves, and we have bought jarred roasted ones. This was our first time buying frozen roasted. They are far superior to the jarred ones. The packaging is done well, even though all five packages were frozen together and difficult to separate. We let them sit out for an hour and then could pull them apart. They stayed frozen so no harm done. We put one bag in the fridge and when it's close to empty we'll pull out the next one. We are very satisfied and we love that you offer various heat levels. We have only tried "hot" but they deliver what's promised!”
