“My Chile came in two coolers, with dry ice. It was 95 degrees in East Tennessee, where I live. They were still cold and mostly frozen. I have enjoyed green Chile chicken enchiladas already! These are awesome!”

“Love these chiles. Trying always to perfect my green chile stew. So right around autumn equinox I start roasting a bit of pork, adding lots of delicious Hatch roasted green chiles, then some potatoes and cumin and chopped greens. the Quality of the Hatch chiles is what makes the entire recipe sing. Comparison? There is no comparison with other products.”
